Over the years Genie has manufactured under several name brand name including: BlueMax, Alliance, Excelerator, Python, Crusader, Lift-a-Door, Pro-Max, Hercules, Norelco, OverHead Door, Intellicode or Code-Dodger, Additionally there are 3 different types of remotes available: 9 dip switches with an ON and OFF position on each switch, 12 dip switches with an ON and OFF position on each switch, and the newer Intellicode rolling code type of remote controls.
